Once construction begins, your project will be overseen by one of our seasoned project managers —ensuring every detail is executed with precision, professionalism, and care. From coordinating schedules to managing trades and inspections, they keep the process running smoothly and efficiently. They can help schedule meetings with trusted Northern Michigan vendors and if desired will attend those meetings alongside you to provide support and insight. You’ll receive regular progress updates, and we’ll host on-site meetings at key milestones so you remain informed, involved, and excited.
